Following the Covid-19 lock-down and subsequent government restrictions, we have made some changes to our procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees;

 

SALES & PRODUCT ENQUIRIES

  • We have implemented reduced office hours at our Head Office – phone lines are open Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm
  • Orders and enquiries are being processed as normal, and delivery will be on your usual day
  • For non-urgent enquiries, please e-mail us at sales@kadistribution.com and we will reply at the earliest opportunity.
  • For new account requests, please e-mail a copy of your company letterhead to us along with the nature of your enquiry.

 

DELIVERIES

  • Deliveries will be made as normal, although you will no longer be required to sign for your goods. The driver will take your name and details and sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) on your behalf. Should there be any concerns over the condition of the goods, you should raise these with the driver and ask them to mark it on your paperwork.
  • Deliveries completed by a third-party may require the driver to take a photograph of your goods as POD.
  • 2-man home deliveries will be chargeable (except where stated otherwise) and completed by a specialist third-party delivery team. Once your delivery has been booked, you will be contacted with further information regarding the delivery process and how it will be carried out safely. If you fail to adhere to the advice and guidelines you have been provided with, the delivery may be aborted and you will be charged for a failed delivery.
