60cm Pyrolytic TFT Oven
The 60 cm built-in electric oven of the Modern Series, equipped with a self-cleaning pyrolytic coating, offers the largest cavity in its class: 76 liters. Thanks to its 11 functions, it is ideal for cooking at medium-low temperatures, as in the case of leavened products or recipes that require slow cooking, such as casserole. Static baking is perfect for cakes, while ventilated baking ensures even heat distribution on all five levels for roasting and baking without the flavours mixing. Operation of the oven is particularly easy thanks to the Full Touch controls of the black glass control panel with simple TFT display, which offers considerable versatility in the choice of cooking modes. This display also allows easy management of the food temperature probe and the Bertazzoni Assistant. The door features silent opening, a guarantee of safety and practicality, and an elegant handle finished in glass. Quadruple glass ensures safety and energy efficiency. Pyrolysis cleaning is based on high-temperature cleaning and sterilization without the need for detergents, in order to leave your oven shining and fully sanitized.
